1. The service

Elite Advisors Learning (“the platform”, ealearnings.com) provides professional learning to organisations. Each client organisation receives a private learning space in which its administrators assign courses and its people complete them. The platform is operated by Elite Advisors.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation from an organisation’s administrator or by Elite Advisors. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for its intended purpose: completing and administering assigned professional learning. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s space or another person’s account, probe or disrupt the service, or copy course content for redistribution outside your organisation.

4. Course content

Course materials, narration and assessments are the property of Elite Advisors or its licensors. They are provided for the training of your organisation’s people and may not be resold or republished. Course content is educational material and not legal advice.

5. Completion records

The platform records assignments, completion dates and assessment scores so your organisation can evidence its training. Your organisation’s administrators can see these records for their own organisation only.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and current, and we may update courses, features and these terms. Material changes to these terms will be dated at the top of this page.

7. Liability

The platform is provided as described, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Elite Advisors is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
