1. What we collect

When your organisation adds you to the platform we hold your name, work email address, preferred language, the courses assigned to you, and your role in the organisation. As you learn, we record course completions, completion dates and assessment scores. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes; we cannot read them.

2. Why we collect it

To operate your account, deliver the learning your organisation assigned, and give your organisation evidence of training completion. That evidence (who was assigned which course, when, and when it was completed) is the purpose of the platform.

3. Who can see it

The administrators of your own organisation can see your assignments, completion dates and scores. No other organisation can. Elite Advisors personnel access records only to operate and support the platform.

4. Emails

The platform sends account emails (invitations, password resets, completion notices) through MailerSend, from [email protected]. A copy of each notice is retained on the platform’s own support inbox as an audit record. You can turn off non-essential notifications in your preferences.

5. Cookies and local storage

One cookie signs you in; it is essential, HttpOnly and Secure, and expires after 30 days or when you sign out. Your browser also keeps your own learning progress and preferences locally. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.

6. Retention and deletion

Records are kept while your organisation uses the platform. When an organisation is removed, its accounts, sessions and records are deleted with it. You may ask your administrator, or [email protected], to remove your account.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords and sign-in tokens are stored hashed, and access to each organisation’s records is restricted to that organisation’s administrators.
